Autodesk Unveils try before you buy for AutoCAD Inventor LT
Autodesk says that from today it is giving engineering users the opportunity to try its new AutoCAD Inventor LT software before they buy it.
Users can download a 30-day free trial from a dedicated microsite.
For manufacturers still running only with 2D CAD software, Autodesk makes the point that its new software will help them compete more effectively by adding the benefits of 3D design to their development processes.
Additionally, seamless DWG interoperability between AutoCAD LT and Inventor LT software allows them to make use of their 2D expertise and data to begin designing parts in 3D.
Modelling parts in 3D with Inventor LT will enable manufacturers to create and update production-ready drawings faster than with manual 2D methods, adds Autodesk.
