Do you want to get your team to make it right first time – every time?

The team at Manufacturing Management (MM) magazine is delighted to introduce the latest in its series of Leadership Days.

The next in this series of one-day events, which have been designed to help manufacturing leaders engage their teams and provide them with the skills and knowledge to do so, takes place on Tuesday 19 June and this time we have partnered with iconic British motoring marque, Norton Motorcycles, Castle Donington.

Leadership Days will arm manufacturers with the skills required for future manufacturing challenges, and at Norton we will be exploring how to instil a “Quality First” ethos.

This time-efficient event comprises an interactive panel debate featuring speakers from Brompton Bicycles, EEF and ABB, practical, hands-on workshops and a guided tour of Norton’s new factory where you will see how the team hand-builds every bike from start to finish.

To round off this inspirational day we are delighted to have Norton CEO, Stuart Garner joining us. He will discuss Norton’s traditional manufacturing philosophy, improvements implemented since he bought the brand and what his plans are to modernise the business whilst preserving its traditional manufacturing values.

MM’s editor, Chris Beck, said: “This event, the second in our series of Leadership Days, will help delegates understand how technology will play a part in quality assurance in the factory of the future. The whole day, from the high-level panel debate to the tour of the Norton factory, will arm attendees with the skills and knowledge needed to ensure their products are made right first time, every time.”
