Metal AM company LPW Technology has ranked in the prestigious Sunday Times Lloyds SME Export Track 100 for the second year running.

The league table ranks the UK’s small and medium-sized (SME) companies with the fastest-growing international sales.

Comments LPW chief Dr Phil Carroll: “LPW is manufacturing for a global market. We differentiate our offering through technical understanding of metal powders for Additive Manufacturing, consistency in our materials and excellent customer service, and this has ensured our overseas customer base has expanded year on year. We’re very pleased to be included among the 100 top-performing SME UK exporters.”

A recipient of the Queen’s Award for Excellence in International Trade 2016, LPW has a thriving research and development program to enable it to anticipate the future needs of this fast-growing disruptive technology.

It is poised to move into its new £20 million purpose-built factory of the future near Liverpool in the next few weeks, to continue to service the growing metal AM market. LPW’s US subsidiary has also relocated to a larger facility in Pennsylvania.
