BEP Surface Technologies, a surface finishing solutions developer, announces a five-year growth plan to double revenue by investing in innovation, sustainability and talent development.

The Radcliffe-based company is targeting £8m by 2030 and is on track to achieve £5m revenues by the end of this year.

R&D and Surface Technology Expansion Through Acquisition

The strategy will build on the capability of BEP solutions, its R&D and the acquisition of Plating Solutions in 2024.

BEP Surface Technologies will focus on fields including nuclear, nanotechnology and graphene. It is developing a world-first copper-nanodiamond composite developed in partnership with Finland-based Carbodeon.

Sectors Served: Aerospace, Nuclear, Defence and More 

The company serves industries in nuclear, aerospace, defence, manufacturing and packaging.

Modernisation of Electroplating Operations and Skills Programme 

This growth plan follows BEP Surface Technologies’ recent £500,000 investment to modernise its electroplating operations and launch the employment development programme, ‘Be Better’, to tackle manufacturing skills challenge.
