B-KQ is backed by the UK government and is set to provide around 6.2m sq ft of commercial space for life science, AI and advanced manufacturing industries.
It is also set to create 4,800 homes.
B-KQ has been built near the HS2’s Curzon Street Station which connects Birmingham to London in 49 minutes. B-KQ is set to launch today at UKREiiF in Leeds.
