Britain's newly crowned Best Factory 2016 – Brose UK, Exhall, Coventry – is opening its doors for an exclusive Works Management factory tour on 6 December.

The car component producing plant impressed the Cranfield University Best Factory Awards judging team with its outstanding quality standards.

Brose reduced faults per part per million (PPM) by 55% from 2014 to 2015. The site is targeting a further 90% reduction in faults in 2016 across its range of seat frames and window regulators supplied to OEMs including Nissan, JLR and Toyota.

The tour will offer site leaders the chance to hear from the Brose UK management team about their continuous improvement journey.

The Exhall plant has grown from 120 employees in 2009 to almost 900 this year. The site has achieved an average of 32% floor space reduction per product line in the last 12 months.

This factory tour will allow you to see the lineside improvements first hand and quiz the leadership team on their award-winning work.
