Call for all employees to have right to request flexible working

Commenting on the announcement on flexible-working contained in the Queen’s Speech, Liberal Democrat small business spokesperson, Lorely Burt MP said: “The Government should stop talking about the benefits of flexible working and start acting. “All employees should have the right to request flexible hours, not just the 25% who already have it as parents of young children, or carers of adults.”
