Dyson set to enhance customer experience with SAP

Iconic vacuum cleaners manufacturer Dyson is to implement SAP's CRM application across its operations globally, following an extensive evaluation of the CRM solutions available in the market.

"Having taken a long hard look at the marketplace, we felt that SAP is best placed to help us deliver on our vision," states David Hollander, managing director GB & Ireland at Dyson. "We are an ambitious business and have set ourselves the vision to drive demand for Dyson products through better customer service and proactive relationship management," he continues. "With the SAP CRM solution, we will be able to interact with our individual customers in a way that suits them and at a time that suits them." The Dyson programme, called One View, starts in the UK and Ireland in Q3 this year and is followed by US and Canada. It encompasses all organisations, processes and systems that interact with consumers.
