This is your last chance to recognise individuals and teams who have gone the extra mile to deliver outstanding results on your site in the past 12 months. With categories including Manufacturing Leader, Skills Champion and Maintenance Team of the Year, as well as Unsung Hero and Rising Star awards, there promises to be something for everyone.
All shortlisted companies will receive a year’s free EEF Affiliate Membership, as well as the chance to attend the gala awards event on 7 December at the Midland Hotel in Manchester.
“If you are passionate about proving once and for all that UK manufacturing still leads the way in innovation, quality and all-round excellence, then the Manufacturing Champions Awards are for you,” said Chris Beck, Manufacturing Management editor. “We want to hear your stories of manufacturing excellence – from the inspirational managers who have transformed staff morale, to operators who have gone above and beyond to find innovative solutions to existing problems.”
The awards are judged by an panel of industry leaders on four key qualities: teamwork/leadership, innovation, performance and adding value to customers. The judging day will take place in late October, before a final shortlist is announced shortly after. The final results will be announced at a showcase evening at the Midland Hotel, Manchester, on 8 December.
