Eurac takes the brakes off business intelligence reports

Eurac IT manager James Perrott explains that, since replacing its previous reporting system, it has been able to cut costs by reducing the number of ERP licences required, while also delivering business critical reports faster. "LogiXML has not only enabled us to delight our users on the factory floor with faster reporting performance and enhanced visualisation, but has also given us a platform to quickly deliver future financial reporting and performance dashboards at all levels of the business," comments Perrott. "This has been delivered at minimal cost, more than half of which has already been covered by savings on ERP licenses," he adds. And he points to the fact that LogiXML dashboards and reports can be deployed on PCs, Tablets and mobile devices. Perrott reckons that Eurac is now self-sufficient, in terms of BI development, and its new systems fit seamlessly in its virtualised environment, which supports operations in the UK, Germany and the Czech Republic.
