Forklift trucks bound for Twinings plant in Poland

The Flexi HiMAX forklifts will operate within the factory, raw materials and finished goods warehouses at the site. The heavy duty trucks are designed to provide the maximum storage density, according to Flexi Narrow Aisle Ltd. The forklift's four wheel configuration with articulation also offered greater stability, the firm added. This was essential as each vehicle will lift pallets of tea weighing up to 1.6 tonnes. John Maguire, sales and marketing director of Flexi Narrow Aisle, commented: "Twinings obviously needed a proven and efficient storage solution to support their growth. The ability to run their operation reliably and efficiently is critical to the company's ongoing success and they identified that the Flexi will bring a number of benefits to the logistics operation."
