Heineken, PepsiCo and Siemens to offer maintenance masterclass

Maintenance experts at global manufacturing giants including Heineken, PepsiCo and Siemens will be revealing the secrets of banishing downtime at WM's Maintenence Conference this June.

The event on 18 June at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon will equip you with the skills to deliver a winning maintenance strategy. Heineken chief, Jeff Wilkinson will detail how the firm has pioneered an early equipment management process for new assets to reduce life cycle costs at its Tadcaster site. Wilkinson will also reveal how Heineken steers Total Productive Miantenence through visual management. The advice comes as part of a WM Maintenance Conference that aims to equip UK manufacturers with the tools to bolster profits through more effective maintenance. Fellow bevergae giant PepsiCo will be on hand to discuss the company's PepsiCo European Maintenance Methodology (PEMMs). The system has helped catapult the PepsiCo Skelmersdale site to become the group's first to attain world class status, engineering head Ian Rigby will reveal.
