Hewden ERP and CRM solution live with m-Hance

Hewden went for an integrated ERP and CRM (customer relationship management) system, with a goal of increasing organisational efficiency and supporting its plans for growth. "We have ambitious growth plans and the success of this project is a key enabler," comments Darren Woods, CFO and project sponsor at Hewden. "We were clear from the outset that we wanted a system that would help us deliver improved customer service, and one that our employees would find easy to use," he continues. Woods says that by replacing inefficient standalone systems, the firm will gain real-time visibility of management information and a single version of the truth covering customers and financial data.
