Hewden ERP and CRM solution live with m-Hance

UK hire specialist Hewden is reporting success with its multi-million pound business wide ERP roll-out – one of the largest projects of recent times, with more than 800 core users and a further 150 CRM users.

Hewden went for an integrated ERP and CRM (customer relationship management) system, with a goal of increasing organisational efficiency and supporting its plans for growth. "We have ambitious growth plans and the success of this project is a key enabler," comments Darren Woods, CFO and project sponsor at Hewden. "We were clear from the outset that we wanted a system that would help us deliver improved customer service, and one that our employees would find easy to use," he continues. "Given these requirements, we decided to invest in m-Hance's flexible, scalable and user-friendly Microsoft Dynamics AX solution." Woods says that by replacing inefficient standalone systems, the firm will gain real-time visibility of management information and a single version of the truth covering customers and financial data. "The user-friendliness of m-Kance's solution will transform the efficiency of our 1,000 employees and help to remove many of the obstacles they currently face in their day-to-day jobs," he states.
