K3 consolidates Syspro businesses of former McGuffie and IEG

The consolidated company has now been renamed K3 Business Technology Group and headquarters has been established in Salford Quays, home of the former McGuffie business. For customers, existing and new, K3 says it means a single, enhanced support desk pulling together the skills and resources of both Syspro vendors, as well as access to a much larger team of consultancy staff covering a broader range of industries. It’s also worth noting that the combined company now has full access to McGuffie Brunton’s warehouse management systems and e-business development side, as well as IEG’s skills in shopfloor scheduling. “Combining these businesses under one roof makes it much easier for Syspro users to gain access to targeted integrated solutions for manufacturing, distribution and supply chain applications,” says Howard Joseph, Managing Director, K3 Business Technology Group. “Our customers will benefit from drawing on our pooled skills, knowledge and comprehensive resources, which encompass a wide range of industry and application expertise.”
