The early bird booking rate of £595 to attend Works Management’s Manufacturing Conference (MMC) on 15-16 June has been extended until 27 May.

MMC adopts a unique ‘hear, see and try’ learning format. The conference begins with a chance to hear from leading industry practitioners such as Toyota Motor Manufacturing and Aston Martin on their journey to world-class. Delegates will then break off into deep dive content streams around CI, safety and maintenance. The emphasis will be on winning workforce support for change in each area.

MMC’s afternoon workshops will challenge delegates to get hands on and try to put the theory into practice. Hosts, including world-leading safety body, IOSH and the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, will run activities ranging from online tests to a motion capture suit to illustrate lean manufacturing in action.
