Nortech Acquired by Vestum to Strengthen Flow Technology

The Midlands-based supplier of monitoring technology, Nortech, has been acquired by Vestum, a Sweden-based construction engineering company.

The deal was supported by Evolve Corporate Finance.

Nortech Management Holdings provides services to UK water and electricity distribution sectors.

The company develops proprietary products which specialise in fault detection, communication, and automation. They also have a software platform, iHost, for data aggregation and analysis.
