The competitive TotalCare support package we are able to offer will enable our customers to derive additional operational and performance benefits." Nico Buchholz, Executive Vice President Lufthansa Group Fleet Management, said: "Both airlines have had a good experience of the Trent 700's exceptional reliability and performance as well as the ability of TotalCare to provide support which allows us to continually improve our efficiency." The Trent 700 is the only engine specifically designed for the Airbus A330 and over 1,000 are now in service or on firm order.
