The specialist business and trade metal signs specialist Sign Industries has been commissioned by the Scottish Rights of Way and Access Society (Scotways for short) to produce a new range of destination markers to improve signage across Scotland's countryside.

The Gardyne, Forfar based firm's managing director Gordon Norrie said: "Over the past decade we have produced thousands of signs for The Scottish Rights of Way and Access Society, and it is a privilege to work with, and help a charity who we know works tirelessly in safeguarding access to the Scottish countryside for all to enjoy. A key reason for our long standing relationship is our specialist knowledge and skill set in working with metal, which is a key contributor to securing such work, as the metal signs we produce for Scotways are not only of a very high standard but more importantly are very durable, which of course is absolutely paramount". In addition to manufacturing signs for businesses and the sign trade, Sign Industries has recently started producing memorial plaque designs, house signs and wall plaques for UK consumers to purchase using their signature materials of bronze, brass and stainless steel.
