Swedish Milko goes for Lawson ERP
Swedish dairy cooperative Milko expects to improve its finance, procurement, planning and supply chain management processes when it goes live with Lawson Software’s M3 7.1 Application Suite.
The new solution will replace several disparate systems with a centralised food and beverage-specific suite and will provide advanced reporting functionality and facilities for web-based ordering for Milko’s retail customers.
“Lawson’s considerable experience in the dairy industry has been the decisive factor in our choice of supplier,” says Eva Aronsson, project manager at Milko. “The activities within a transaction-intensive company with fresh products require a highly-automated, stable system.
