Document management firm Version One reckons it will be pleasing Sage users with out-of-the-box solutions for Sage 200 users, that pay for themselves in three months.

Called Output Manager, Output Manager Archive and Scanning Archive, they have been developed in response to demand from users for good-value, tightly- integrated Sage systems, according to Lynne Munns, general manager of Version One. “There is currently no viable document archiving system for Sage 200 users on the market, so we are fulfilling this need at a competitive price,” says Munns. “We have been delivering document management solutions for Sage users for nearly 20 years and, during this time, have developed partnerships with the UK’s leading Sage resellers.” Output Manager provides Sage 200 users with the ability to personalise and electronically deliver, invoices, statements etc, either using automated fax or email (as TIFF or PDF files). Munns says that with Output Manager alone, users can expect savings of up to £1.50 per document. And she adds: “By using our solutions integrated into Sage 200, all imaged documents are stored safely and securely and are accessible by a touch of a button, eradicating lost paperwork. By replacing the manual filing, retrieval, photocopying and postage of financial documents, with electronic processes, the business also cuts costs, frees-up storage space and runs more efficiently.”
