Tribunal wins for employers
Employment law firm Bibby Consulting & Support is reporting a win rate of nine out of ten tribunals for its employer clients during 2011/12, surpassing the national average.
The company's advocacy team delivered positive results for 89% of clients, up from 73% the previous year.
Michael Slade (pictured), Bibby's managing director – and WM employment law columnist – said: "We are incredibly proud of the way our advocacy team has continued to stay well ahead of the national average in terms of getting positive, successful results for our clients.
"This has to be good news for companies concerned about their vulnerability to complaints that they fear will progress to an employment tribunal."
