He will support OEM machine builders, system integrators, and distribution access across the company’s range of machines and robotics control solutions.
He will work closely in the paper, packaging, life science and robotics integration sectors.
Prior to this, Moss was a business development manager for Europe at Baldor, a manufacturer of NEMA motors and a subsidiary of ABB. He was also a sales manager at ABB’s motion division.
In addition, he spent six years as a business development manager at Iconsys – focusing on robotics integration.
Recent Developments at Trio Motion Technology
The appointment comes after Trio recently announced the hiring of several staff members into national and sales roles at automation and control distributors.
Trio Motion Technology has recently made notable developments in the automation sector, including updating its DX3 EtherCAT servo drive with functional safety features.
They have also developed the Motion-PLC, a machine controller that combines motion, robotics, and logic with the functionality and simplicity of a PLC, as well as the 128-axis motion controller, Flex-7.
