European Shingo Conference on process improvement set for October

The Shingo Institute, part of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University, has set 16 to 20 October as the dates for the European Shingo Conference.

Attendees will hear leaders in manufacturing, healthcare, services and other industries speak about their experiences with the principles, behaviors and systems that enable organisations to achieve a culture of excellence.
