Machinery safety specialist Pilz Automation Technology has published a new machinery safety training course schedule for 2011. The new booklet (pictured) is available now.

The range of courses available includes 1, 2 and, this year's most popular option, the 4-day City & Guilds Machinery Safety Course. All the courses take place at Pilz's training facilities in Corby, Northamptonshire. However, additional training can be provided at the customer's own premises. Martin Palmer, Training Manager at Pilz, who last year was awarded a City & Guilds Medal for Excellence for his outstanding performance as a trainer in the processing and manufacturing sector, commented: "Pilz has a long history and tradition of providing high quality machinery safety training and in helping customers to understand and apply the knowledge and skills gained in these courses to their own workplace. As well as the theoretical side to machinery safety, we also like to make our courses as hands-on and interactive as possible, with plenty of practical exercises to help delegates apply the knowledge to their own projects and applications."
