1 min read

There are just a few days left to sign up to Works Management’s factory tour of the Manufacturing Technology Centre in Coventry.

If you would like the opportunity to experience first-hand what makes a best-in-class factory tick, there is no better way than visiting a site, meeting the manufacturing teams and viewing the processes live from top floor to cell level.

See the future of high-value manufacturing at the MTC. Founded in 2010, it has some of the most advanced manufacturing equipment in the world enabling it to provide a specialised environment for the development and demonstration of innovation to be used on an industrial scale.

A leading proponent of Digitising Manufacturing and home to the National Centre for Additive Manufacturing, the MTC has expertise across a range of technologies. The MTC works collaboratively with companies of all sizes from start-ups to global corporations in diverse industry sectors including aerospace, marine, defence, construction and food and drink.

The tour will include a visit to the MTC’s ‘digital cave’, where delegates will see the latest in virtual reality technology, and how it can help manufacturers develop products without having to build a physical prototype.

The tour takes place on Thursday 25 May from 9:30 until 14:00.

NOTE: NATIONALITY IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND YOU WILL NEED TO PRODUCE YOUR PASSPORT TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE SITE
